Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a strategy that is

\r\nemployed by enterprises in order to align their business and

\r\nInformation Technology (IT). EA is managed, developed, and

\r\nmaintained through Enterprise Architecture Implementation

\r\nMethodology (EAIM). Effectiveness of EA implementation is the

\r\ndegree in which EA helps to achieve the collective goals of the

\r\norganization. This paper analyzes the results of a survey that aims to

\r\nexplore the factors that affect the effectiveness of EAIM and

\r\nspecifically the relationship between factors and effectiveness of the

\r\noutput and functionality of EA project. The exploratory factor

\r\nanalysis highlights a specific set of five factors: alignment,

\r\nadaptiveness, support, binding, and innovation. The regression

\r\nanalysis shows that there is a statistically significant and positive

\r\nrelationship between each of the five factors and the effectiveness of

\r\nEAIM. Consistent with theory and practice, the most prominent

\r\nfactor for developing an effective EAIM is innovation. The findings

\r\ncontribute to the measuring the effectiveness of EA implementation

\r\nproject by providing an indication of the measurement

\r\nimplementation approaches which is used by the Enterprise
